Corporate Strategic Plan
The City of Leduc's corporate strategic plan is a road map to build our sustainable future. In 2007, the city held its first Community Visioning Day where residents, council and administration got together to create a corporate strategic plan. The plan supports the city's vision, goals and direction through 2013. It helps to allign new programs, services and initiatives to the five strategic pillars of sustainability — governance, social wellness, recreational and cultural, environment and infrastructure and economic and tourism.
